Who hasn't thought about getting a tattoo? These women adorned their athletic bodies with ink. From celebrating a win to paying homage to family and hometown, here are women of surfing, snowboarding and skateboarding who have tattoos.
Silvana Lima's Bells Beach Win
Brazilian surfer Silvana Lima isn't shy. Her firey passion fills the air every time she paddles out. (She had an amazing 2017 season on tour!) Silvana has many tattoos, but this one is our favorite. When she won the 2009 Bells Beach contest she rewarded herself with a tattoo of the trophy across her ribs. A super sensitive area, this isn't the easiest tattoo to sit for! But we know Silvana is tough.
Coco Ho Honors Family And God
Hawaiian surfer Coco Ho is sporting a few tattoos. On her ankle she has script that reads "forever for family" honoring her lineage, which is full of talented surfers, including her father Michael Ho, uncle Derek Ho, and brother Mason Ho. Her other tattoo is a cross on her hand. Coco's tattoos are definitely meaningful and well done.
Leticia Bufoni Has Quite The Collection
Daredevil skateboarder Leticia Bufoni is an adrenaline junkie. When she's not taking on the giant features of Street League Skateboard she's jumping out of planes. She's sat in the chair to get some ink many, many times.
Kelia Moniz Keeps It Simple
Hawaiian surfer Kelia Moniz is not only a professional longboard surfer, but also a Roxy model, or as they can themselves, dolls. As artistic as she is, she probably needs to keep her appearance on the more conservative side for her profession. However she's snuck in a few delicate and simple tattoos and we're guessing if she shifts gears from modeling we'll be seeing more tattoos on Kelia.

Professional snowboarder Elena Hight lives an active and balanced lifestyle. When she's not killin' it in the halfpipe Elena is on a SUP, surfing, practicing yoga and more. She's gotten inked a few times, her most recent she shared on Instagram reads "come dance with me" on her foot.
